Solicitudes de nulidad y en subsidio de aclaración y complementación de la Sentencia C-332/25.
Con el presente proveído se dio resolución a dos peticiones de nulidad formuladas de manera independiente por igual número de ciudadanos, así como la de aclaración o adición invocada por uno en particular.
Luego de analizar cada una de las argumentaciones presentadas por los memorialistas la Corte decidió RECHAZARLAS.
Una, porque el peticionario incumplió con el requisito de legitimación por activa y, la segunda, por falta de carga argumentativa.
